As Managing Director, Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority, I am responsible for overall management, operation and academic activities of more than 250 institutions offering long and short courses in a variety of disciplines. It gives me an immense pleasure to witness the atmosphere of GIBCE, Malir which is being administered and provided purely in an educational environment. I can, without any hesitation rate the GIBCE, Malir Karachi for a number of reasons, one it is located in a thickly populated area, it has adequate and satisfactory enrolment, all the facilities like a modern computer and other labs available. The students of the area both male and female are getting due benefit of learning from this institute. We as the custodians of such a wonderful system of learning at the GIBCE Malir will ensure our due assistance to be provided for its well ordered operations and timely implementation and progression of continuous process for improvement and enhancement of quality training and education. The administration and the staff as a team have shown keen interest in using their expertise in implementing all programs and courses with a vigilant eye focused on quality improvement and services.
