At the very outset, I welcome to all the ladies and gentlemen who use to visit the website of GIBCE, Malir. GIBCE Malir has been upgraded and made a model institute in the province of Sindh by establishing state-of-art air-conditioned Computer labs, Media Developer, Mobile Software/hardware labs including Library having quite a good number of Books, Literature, Novels  on different topics and subjects. We have further introduced new courses as well which are going to be started from the current Academic Session 2020-21 like Chinese Language, Ecommerce, Diploma in Information Technology, Certificate in Information Technology, Media Developer in addition to two years Diploma in Commerce which is equivalent to Inter Commerce in support of highly qualified and seasoned faculty. The Institute is the property of Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (STEVTA), Government of Sindh. The Institute is affiliated with the Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE) and all the courses being offered here in then Institute have the recognition and certification by the Sindh Board of Technical Education.  The students have also given a name and fame to the institute while getting the top positions on provincial level in the Board.  

In making the Institute an exemplary institute, credit not only goes to the Principal but there are team efforts supporting to me by all the permanent faculty, visiting faculty and staff as well. We had also been remained very lucky in getting more than due assistance and support from the Director of Regional Directorate, Karachi, Director (Administration), Director (Academic & Training), Director (Works & Services) and the Director (Operations), Sindh Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority. Besides above offices and officers, the due patronage, aid and assistance has also been received from time to time from and on behalf of the Managing Director and the Chairperson as well for which I along with my entire team is extremely grateful to them. 

I hope if my team exposed the same devotion and dedication and we received all due assistance from the officers and offices mentioned hereinabove, this Institute will further flourish in providing and transmitting the modern techniques of education and learning to the students of the area in a most  decent and appreciable environment. 

Both male and female students are welcomed and eligible for admission in all the courses, trades where due and utmost care is being focused for the safety and security of the female students together with the male students. We have provide the other facilities as well which include standby generator, round the clock security surveillance system, indoor games, arranging outdoor games, celebrating all the events through out the year, arrange debates, competitions, sports in support of fully cooperating and supporting staff.
